Sign Does Matter
Eli's Restaurant on 20th and N doesn't have a sign... just a blue banner. I'm not sure if the food is good. I won't go in to a restaurant that doesn't have a sign. Just seems like the place might be a bit primitive.

that's not true..the LES restaurant/wine bar, Punch & Judy's doesn't have a sign and it's damn good!
